What it means
The sign of the horns is a salute at rock and metal concerts, meaning "rock on".
How the camera recognizes it
The index and pinky are extended, the middle and ring fingers are curled, and the thumb is tucked. With the thumb out, the same shape is I Love You.
Effect: Lightning
Lightning crackles electric arcs between the two raised fingertips and throws sparks upward from both horns.
